The Turn-over Group is composed of licensed architects who directly coordinate with unit owners to facilitate the efficient and orderly turn-over of finished units to buyers within the prescribed period under Contract-to-Sell. The group makes sure that the owners are notified in advance of their moving in schedule as well as the requirements needed for the smooth turn-over of the units.
It also coordinates the preferred turn-over date to avoid inconvenience on the part of clients and ensure that Turn-over Group personnel are present to attend to the clients’ needs. More importantly, the highly trained professionals making up the Group teach unit owners basic maintenance tips for their units, including caring for granite tops, and explaining in detail the contents of the turn-over checklist. They even provide the new owners with first aid kits that people normally overlook when moving into new homes.
